陳雄文被點名 指公款輔選郝龍斌

勞動部長陳雄文被爆料用公費輔選國民黨立委候選人郝龍斌！親民黨基隆立委候選人劉文雄召開記者會，說2015年9~12月，勞動部在基隆辦了10場工商座談，不過2014年跟2013年同期只辦了1~2次而已。陳雄文不但有4場到場主持，郝龍斌更是穿著競選背心前來。

親民黨立委候選人劉文雄：「陳雄文的老闆是毛治國，還是這個郝龍斌？」

痛批勞動部長陳雄文用公費幫國民黨立委候選人郝龍斌輔選。親民黨立委候選人劉文雄、張碩文、康仁俊召開記者會，拿出郝龍斌穿著競選背心出席勞動部主辦工商座談會照片，質疑勞動部行政不中立。

親民黨立委候選人劉文雄：「這是一個封閉的閉門會議，但是結果郝龍斌先生，居然跑進會場，害的當地的就業中心的公務人員，這個迴避趕快迴避。」

親民黨拿出資料，說2015年9~12月底，勞動部在基隆辦了10場工商座談，陳雄文親自出席4場。但2014年、2013年同期，只辦了1~2場而已。劉文雄質疑，陳雄文還有勞動發展署長劉佳鈞，從前在環保署就一路受到郝龍斌提攜，才用公家資源幫他輔選。

親民黨立委候選人劉文雄：「郝龍斌先生跑進去，然後大喇喇地說，放心這個劉佳鈞，是我過去的員工，所以你們有什麼事找他，我一定沒問題的，我不曉得他是部長，還是行政院院長。」

勞動發展署分署長周丁安vs.立委候選人(親)張碩文：「跟他們講請他們要支持郝龍斌，有沒有？（沒有），如果爆出來怎麼辦？（我就走路嘛！）」

不過勞動部強調郝龍斌是在座談結束後的便當會出席。而且10場基隆座談，參加會後餐敘的，不只國民黨。

勞動部勞動關係司長許根魁：「這是民進黨的立委候選人，蔡適應候選人，他也有到我們的活動來致意，至於這個是11月19日部分，這個民國黨的楊石城，也是基隆當地候選人到場致意，那其實劉委員這邊11月30日，他競選團隊也有來，他在櫃檯有放一些競選文宣品。」

雖然勞動部表示，絕無幫特定候選人輔選。但選舉將近，座談會次數爆增好幾倍，親民黨還是要求行政院將陳雄文解職。地檢署跟監察院也要調查勞動部是否涉及行政不中立。（民視新聞綜合報導）
